Crawl through the uprooted tree roots and see the cozy leader's den! It's surrounded by reeds and safely tucked under a tree. The leader's bed is a soft, thick nest of moss. It's actually quite roomy inside the den for big thinking. But only fit for a leader...

Darkflame led Darkkit into the shady, cool den. He sat down near the center, while Darkkit remained standing.
ReplyDelete"Why do you need to talk to me in here!? I already told you, my brother plans to get rid of all the clans!" She suddenly burst out.
Darkflame rumbled in his deep voice, "Steady, Darkkit. Don't be too... ah... energetic." He waved his tail at the young kit.

ReplyDeleteDarkflame grinned. He liked this kit already. "This," he said, using a huge front paw and pushing the kit over, gently so that she wouldn't hurt herself.
